Disneyland

Just to give you an idea about how STITCH CRAZY I went while I was in Disneyland:

Yes...that is Stitch as both Palpetine and Yoda.ANd that mug is HUGE. It holds 5 cups of coffee.ANd I got a bunch of trading pins...but I'm not trading. The collectors I came acrossed were WIERD...and I mean that. Having been a comic book and heroclix collector, I can honestly say these Disney pin trader adults were CRACKHEAD WIERD.

Spreading the love

Jack Conway gave me a new nicname.



When Chris and I were in California for our honeymoon, we met up with some of my friends. Jack Conway and Matt Miller (Mercer). Sarah and Jenny weren't able to make it...but I totally understand. There will just have to be another California trip in the near future so that I may party with them. ^_^



Chris, Jack, Matt, and myself booked a date at The Edison. (Best $13 drink I've ever had) Vanni and JoEllen came by as well! We talked about lots of random and amusing things. The guys are involved in a number of filming projects and it was very facinating to hear all about them.

Jack had said that he and Matt appreciated my spreading the love of their projects as they turn up. I did this for Geek Week. Everytime a new episode would come forth, I'd put the updates on all my networking sites (Mysapce, Livejournal, Facebook). I support the rockin' projects my friends are doing and really enjoy passing it along to other folks who I think would enjoy seeing this stuff.



My networking connections aren't too wide. I'm kinda in the middle of the intersecting of tons of the other people. Because of that intersecting, I knwo some of the same people my internet friends know. But there are poeple that I know that other's don't know and so on and so forth (I tell 2 friends and they tell two friends....)



Because I'm kinda in the middle of it all (whether I pay enough attention to it remains to be seen), Jack had dubbed me THE BARREL.

He explains that I am like the barrel in the movie JAWS. When the barrel goes down, shit is gonna hit the fan! I'm the warning beakon! You loose me, you've lost the WAR! Or something like all that.



Chris was laughing so hard. Matt was laughing os hard. The girls were laughing so hard. I was damn near in tears form laughing so hard.



So there you have it. I am THE BARREL. May I take this nicname and not only live up to it, but become the best damn beakon I can be.
